    • Osteoinductive Potential Confirmed on the Sterile Final Product: Opsteoinductive potential was evaluated on the sterile finished product following terminal sterilization.     • Preclinical Performance: In a preclinical spinal fusion model, Union DBM demonstrated fusion performance comparable to iliac crest autograft. Histological analysis showed mature bone formation and evidence of fusion.**

Indications for Use

Union DBM is indicated for use as a bone void filler and bone graft substitute for voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. Union DBM is indicated for treatment of surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects from traumatic injury to the bone. Union DBM Putty can be used as follows:

    • Extremeties
    • Posterolateral Spine
    • Pelvis
