TIM McCOWN

Chief Operating Officer

In his role as COO, Tim is responsible for ensuring that Spinal Simplicity imbues the core values that the company stands for: integrity, patient first, relentless pursuit of perfection, and teamwork. After receiving his Masters in Business Administration, Tim began his career as a management development trainee for a large commercial bank with a specific focus on commercial lending and business development. This banking foundation afforded Tim a strong finance-based focus in how he views and leads operations teams. After his time in banking, Tim co-founded an industrial water treatment products company and led the operations team. Most recently, Tim served as the COO of a national forensic and FDA registered scientific products distribution company. Tim’s passion is executing a vision and creating a culture of success for all associates. Tim is married to Dr. Andrea McCown and they have two children. Tim loves being outside with his family, and his hobbies include mountain climbing, ice climbing, skiing and running.
