Spinal Simplicity Minuteman

Minuteman

Minuteman is an interspinous fusion device designed to be implanted through a lateral approach to achieve posterior fusion. It spares native anatomy such as the supraspinous ligament and multifidus muscle, leading to less pain.

Liberty SI

Liberty SI is a sacroiliac fusion device designed to transfix, compress and fuse the SI joint through a lateral approach.  The anchor wings open inside the sacrum with 20mm of purchase while the compressive body moves the ilium toward the sacrum, compressing and fixating the joint.

Patriot SI

Patriot SI is a titanium, posterior SI joint fusion device implanted in-line with the joint, decorticating and preparing the joint for fusion.  This canulated system is designed to be repeatable as the implant is inserted directly over the guide wire into the joint.
