Parker Snedden brings over 15 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership to the medical device industry, with a strong foundation in capital equipment, laboratory diagnostics, and high-stakes sales environments. His career began in Business Development, where he led capital equipment sales to federal agencies such as the FBI, ATF, Secret Service, and Department of Defense. Parker collaborated with defense contractor General Atomics to co-develop a proprietary imaging system designed to detect and photograph hidden evidence. He personally conducted field training for military and law enforcement personnel worldwide, reinforcing his reputation as both a technical expert and educator.

As his career progressed, Parker built and scaled new business units, including International Sales, Inside Sales, and Kit Contracting. He managed a global network of 20+ distributors across 17 countries and oversaw national contracts that supplied over one million forensic and clinical kits annually. His direct management of strategic partners—including GE, Qiagen, and Puritan—ensured quality control and product innovation across high-volume supply chains. Parker also led the deployment and optimization of Salesforce CRM, streamlining sales operations and data-driven decision making.

Parker later served as Chief Revenue Officer at Arrowhead Scientific, where he led Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales. Under his leadership, the company experienced six consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth and tripled its profitability over three years. He launched a digital marketing division that generated substantial new business through webinars, virtual demos, and lead-generation campaigns.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Parker worked closely with Clinical Reference Laboratory to bring PCR testing to law enforcement and military personnel—accelerating the safe return to duty for essential frontline professionals.

Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Spinal Simplicity, Parker is leading the company’s strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on brand growth, physician engagement, and patient awareness. He spearheaded the launch of the company’s first-ever direct-to-patient campaign, Get Your Freedom Back, aimed at educating and empowering patients to explore interventional solutions for chronic back pain. Parker also created and launched The MedTech Insider podcast—an industry-first for the company—designed to showcase innovation in interventional spine care and provide a platform for thought leaders across the medical device space. His leadership continues to drive market visibility and sustainable growth in a competitive and evolving healthcare landscape.
