“I am so thrilled to be joining the Spinal Simplicity team. With the Minuteman technology, Spinal Simplicity has demonstrated the ability to successfully disrupt a market with a novel, patient-focused therapy. The Company has provided a solution for both patients and physicians which previously did not exist,” said Dan Rogers, Vice President of Brand Development. “We are just getting started, and I am very excited to be at the forefront of the company’s growth.”
Prior to joining Spinal Simplicity, Dan was the Midwest Regional Sales Director at Vertiflex, helping launch the Superion Interspinous Spacer that was later acquired by Boston Scientific for $465MM in 2019. Dan was at the grass roots of the commercial launch and sales execution playbook team who grew the company from start-up to acquisition. He was also an integral part of the Superion integration into the Boston Scientific portfolio of products after the acquisition.
Most recently, Dan helped drive exponential revenue growth for Omnia Medical as Vice President of Sales. He was a key leader in building Omnia’s Sales and Education & Training program. Dan also worked closely with both industry and physician partners to understand and communicate coding and reimbursement changes issued by the American Medical Association and CMS. This critical work allowed patients and providers to gain access to Omnia Medical’s SI Joint Fusion therapy.
“Dan is a strategic hire for us, providing leadership in both Product Development and Branding,” said Todd Moseley, CEO of Spinal Simplicity. “He has already shown in his first few days on the job what a tremendous asset he will be to our organization, leading our team in advancing technology to help more of our physician customers treat the right patient with the right therapy.
