Kelly Smith has been involved with Spinal Simplicity since it’s early days, helping to frame the company’s passion for delivering excellence. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the medical device industry. This extensive experience has given her a keen understanding of how to meet the diverse needs of all our stakeholders from distributors to sales reps to physicians. Kelly is outstanding at ensuring that all people who interact with Spinal Simplicity have positive outcomes. She is a solution-oriented team player whose strong work ethic and attention to detail are well suited for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all aspects of Customer Service. Kelly is married and has three children. She enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, cooking, and being with her family and friends.
