MELISSA FROCK

Director of Engineering & Quality Assurance

Melissa Frock has extensive experience in the design, development, and production of orthopedic implants and instrumentation. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After school Melissa began her career at Zimmer Inc. in Warsaw, Indiana.  In this position she was responsible for designing products which exceeded patient and physician needs.

Melissa learned that attending surgeries and seeing firsthand the patient and physician experience was the best way to create and deliver innovative medical devices that are easier for physicians to use and improve patient outcomes. After her time at Zimmer, Melissa further developed her skill set at Symmetry Medical as a product development engineer. Melissa has been with Spinal Simplicity for over 10 years. She currently resides in Indiana, and is married with two children.
